A Buffalo mother and her son pleaded guilty Friday to the possession and sale of heroin. Both are now in jail.
Erika Brown, 40, and her 23-year-old son Erik Arias pleaded guilty as charged after police found almost 1,000 bags of heroin inside their 15th Street home. Brown is also charged with selling drugs to an undercover police officer.
Arias faces up to 12 years in prison; his mother is looking at a possible 27 year term. Both are now at the Erie County Holding Center and will be back in court June 15th.
