Jaber Elbaneh, 51, has been on the FBI Buffalo's most wanted list since 2001, when officials say he was recruited by Al Qaeda to attend a training camp in Afghanistan led by Osama Bin Laden.
"There's not too many people who have personally met with Osama Bin Laden that are still free," said Special Agent Jason Beck, who has been working on the case for the past five years.
Over the past sixteen years, the Buffalo office of the FBI hasn't given up the search for Elbaneh. In some way, the FBI investigates Elbaneh each day, and says the terrorist is believed to be living in Yemen.

"Jaber was the most committed and he remained at the camp after the others departed for the United States," Beck said.
The FBI believes Elbaneh still has ties to Western New York and Lackawanna. The office is offering a $5,000,000 reward for any information leading to his capture.
