The Red Cross is assisting three adults after a building partially collapsed Christmas morning at 1270 Broadway Avenue in Buffalo.

There are no reports of any injures. The building itself is vacant, but there is a home nearby that was evacuated due to the partial collapse.

The building is currently undergoing emergency demolition to prevent damage to nearby structures.

Both collapses are said to be due to the high winds.
