Charter-Spectrum lawsuit moves forward

Charter-Spectrum lawsuit moves forward
Posted

The NYS Attorney General is celebrating a win after the State Supreme Court Friday, tossed out a motion from Charter-Spectrum to dismiss a lawsuit filed against it by the State.

At issue, the State claims the cable and internet company failed to deliver on it's promise of fast cable and internet speeds for it's customers.  The State says consumers are being ripped-off and cheated.

Spectrum claims it not only has delivered what it promised customers but it has actually raised the minimum broadband speed for no increase in price.  Spectrum also says it will vigorously contest the allegations in court.
