Fans of spicy chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and chicken nuggets rejoice - Chick-fil-A is coming to Western New York.
The Georgia-based fast food chain announced today it will open its first restaurants in the Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Plattsburgh areas in 2018-2019.
The chain has not announced specific locations or how many restaurants will open in each metro region.
Founded in suburban Atlanta in 1946, Chick-fil-A has more than 2,000 locations, mostly in the United States.
