Buffalo Police are investigating a deadly motorcycle accident which occurred on the 33 westbound near Best Street just after 4 a.m. Saturday.
Police say the operator of the motorcycle, a 45-year-old Buffalo male, lost control of the motorcycle, fell off, and may have been struck by another vehicle.
According to police, the operator was declared deceased a short time later.
The accident remains under investigation.
