Eighteen year old allowed to stay on ballot

Looks like there will be a battle for the Buffalo Public School Board's Park District Seat after all.

Eighteen year old Austin Harig will challenge school board incumbent Carl Paladino when voters head to the polls on May 3rd.

Harig needed around 500 votes to get his name on the ballot. The commission ruled that he had more than enough valid signatures on his petition. Paladino originally challenged Harig's petition.

The Hutch Tech senior took a few jabs at Paladino Thursday, saying he wasted his money hiring attorneys to knock him off the ballot.
