Fast moving fire destroyed a Williamsville home, early Monday morning.
The fire started just after 1 a.m. on Lyndehurst Road near Berkley Road. A passerby saw the flames and called 911.
Firefighters say there wasn't anyone living inside the home at the time. It does not appear anyone was hurt.
Firefighters say the home was recently purchased for $70,000 and was being renovated.
It's unclear how the fire started but is now under investigation.
