As KeyBank looks to close its deal to take over First Niagara, a number of changes will be made that you'll soon notice.
The first major announcement involves the home of the Buffalo Sabres. KeyBank announced Wednesday that as long as the acquisition goes through, it will rename 'First Niagara Center' to 'KeyBank Center.'
KeyBank also announced that Larkinville has been named the company's Northeast Regional Headquarters.
The KeyBank Foundation and First Niagara Foundation also plan on donating more than $1.6 million to a number of Western New York organizations to further invest in low- to moderate-income communities.
KeyBank's takeover of First Niagara is expected to be approved later this year.
