A former Erie County Sheriff's deputy has admitted to smuggling drugs into the Erie County Holding Center, last year.
According to the Buffalo News, Adam Fiegl pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a controlled substance, Monday, in Erie County Court.
Fiegl was fired from his job, after investigators say he was bribed into bringing drugs to inmates.
Fiegl will avoid jail time with a conditional discharge and community service.
