Four people – including a minor –were taken into custody following a sex trafficking sting in the Town of Tonawanda. On May 17 and 18, Town of Tonawanda Police and the Erie County Human Trafficking Task Force conducted undercover stings at the Knight’s Inn and Day’s Inn motels on Niagara Falls Boulevard.
Twenty-year-old Paul Montanez, of Buffalo, was charged with promoting prostitution, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Twenty-two-year-old Adrian Petty, of Buffalo, charged with promoting prostitution.
A minor was also taken into custody during the operation.
All three have been arraigned in Town of Tonawanda Court and all were released on bail.
