Buffalo man, Kevin R. Dawidowicz, was arrested for reckless endangerment after alledgedly hitting a Darien Lake security officer with his vehicle.
The incident happened in the parking lot before the Goo Goo Dolls concert at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on August 12th.
The Genesse County Sheriff's office said the officer had minor injuries.
41-year-old Dawidowicz will appear in Darien Court on September 5th.
County police also arrested five other people during the concert for offenses including possession of controlled substances, marijuana, and entering the venue without a ticket.
