Jamestown Police say an infant is dead following a house fire on Prendergast Avenue.
According to police, fire fighters were called to the home around 8:00 A.M. Saturday morning. We're also told five others were transported to the hospital.
The Red Cross was on scene to assist those impacted by the fire.
Police haven't yet released the name of the victim.
The fire remains under investigation.
