Former U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno has died at age 78.
Reno's goddaughter says she died from complications of Parkinson's disease.
Reno was the first woman to serve as U.S. attorney general and was the epicenter of several political storms during the Clinton administration, including the seizure of Elian Gonzalez, the little boy who was taken from the Little Havana home of his Miami relatives so he could be returned to his father in Cuba.
