NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WKBW) — Fire crews ran into hydrant issues battling a massive fire in Niagara Falls.
Firefighters were called to the scene around 8:30 Monday morning. Crews say there were three bad fire hydrants in the area. Firefighters were able to find a fourth fire hydrant and use it as a source down the road from the fire.
The fire destroyed an industrial building owned by Niagara Coating Services on Quarry Road. Employees were in the building at the time of the fire. We're told nobody was hurt.
Crews continue to investigate the cause of the fire.
