BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Officials have now confirmed human remains have been found at the scene of a fire on Elmwood Avenue.

The fire started early Wednesday morning.
Crews have been searching for 50-year-old Curtis Brown. Officials have not confirmed that the human remains belong to Brown.
Buffalo Fire Officials say 90% of the body has been recovered and recovery efforts are over. Crews will be back on the scene excavating Friday.
Three people that were inside the house were rushed to Erie County Medical Center. Two of them are being treated for smoke inhalation.
According to police, two 60-year-old males are in fair and stable condition and a 40-year-old male is in good condition.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
