BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Firefighters say a 78-year-old Buffalo woman suffered second and third-degree burns in a fire Monday night.

Investigators say the fire started at a home on Johnson Street, between Broadway and Sycamore Street at about 5:50pm. They believe the fire started on the first floor, and caused an estimated $130,000 in damage.
