A Lockport man has been arrested and charged with rape after an investigation of an incident from September 2015.
According to New York State Police, the 19-year-old victim, who was 18 at the time of the rape, reported the crime, involving 22-year-old Jordan Patterson, to authorities years later after learning Patterson was arrested for another rape incident. That incident was reported by the City of Lockport Police Department in April.
Patterson was taken to the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
