A Lockport man is heading back behind bars for threatening to kill the President of the United States for a second time.
A federal judge has sentenced Jared Brown, 20, to two years in prison for violating the terms of his supervised release.
Brown called 911 on December 26, 2016 and threatened to kill then President-elect Donald Trump.
At the time of the call to Lockport Police, Brown was already serving a three-year sentence of supervised release after spending 15 months in prison for threatening to kill former President Barack Obama.
