A 70-year-old woman has died following a collision in Cheektowaga Tuesday.
Just before 2:30pm, Joan Giangreco was heading eastbound on Losson Road when her vehicle crossed over the center lane and struck a Volkswagen Jetta.
Losson Road was closed for a few hours between Borden and Wedgewood while police investigated.
The 28-year-old driver of the Jetta was transported to ECMC to be treated for her injuries.
Giangreco was pronounced dead at the scene.
