Several volunteer fire companies responded early Thursday morning to a three-alarm fire in Hamburg.

The fire broke out just after 5 a.m. at Southtowns Fireplace on Camp Road (Route 75).
Crews closed Camp Road between Big Tree Road and Durham Roads as firefighters tackled the blaze.
The 7 Eyewitness News crew on the scene reported firefighters used ladder trucks to try and fight the fire from above.
It is unclear what caused the fire to break out.
