The investigation into whether or not Internet service providers are delivering the speeds that are promised continues and Attorney General Eric. T Schneiderman is looking for your help.
Schneiderman is encouraging New Yorkers to test their internet speeds and submit the results via his website here https://ag.ny.gov/SpeedTest
This follows an announcement earlier this month of a lawsuit against Charter Communications Inc. and its subsidiary Spectrum Management Holdings, LLC (formerly Time Warner Cable) for allegedly conducting a deliberate scheme to defraud and mislead New Yorkers by promising Internet service they did not deliver.
