Perry's Ice Cream will show off their new Buffalo-themed Sabres flavor today.
You can get your first taste during the Party in the Plaza event outside KeyBank Center from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Reps say five cents of every gallon sold will benefit the Buffalo Sabres Foundation and the Cook'n Share program.
