A teenage boy is facing felony gun charges after allegedly posting a video of himself firing a revolver on Snapchat.
Deputies in Livingston County have charged Ryan Bonadonna of Leicester with felony criminal possession of a firearm. He’s also facing charges from the State DEC for discharging a firearm on a roadway.
Authorities say Sunday, they received a complaint involving the video Bonadonna allegedly posted to Snapchat. The video reportedly showed him in a vehicle on Brian Road in the Town of Leicester with a .357 revolver owned by his father that he then fired.
According to deputies, the revolver was used without the knowledge of Bonadonna’s father.
Bonadonna was taken to the Livingston County Jail on $2,500 bail.
