New research could you have searching all things cute (and delicious) online the next time you're with your significant other. A psychology professor at Florida State University has found that couples who look at pictures of puppies, babies and pizza reported being happily married.
Time magazine reports that researchers think the reason is that when we look at pictures that make us happy with another person, you associate that person with being a positive force as well. About 150 couples were involved in the study, and while more positive emotions were felt towards partners, the research wasn't able to say how long those feelings would last.
There was no word on whether or not ordering pizza with someone instead of just looking at pictures would have the same result - but there's no harm in trying, right?
