The roof at BJ’s Wholesale Club is compromised from the weight of the snow that has fallen and is in danger of collapsing.
Police have evacuated the building on Milestrip Road. Feet of snow have fallen in Bladsell and Hamburg, where travel bans remains in effect.

The weight of the snow pressing down on the roof has engineers concerned it may not hold. They made that determination following an inspection and saw a damaged steel beam.
There have been no injuries and the store remains closed. So far, the roof is holding.
