An early morning car fire damaged two homes Monday morning.
The fire broke out around 3:30 a.m. on Kirkpatrick Street off Bailey Avenue.
No one was hurt, but the fire did melt the siding of two nearby homes.
The fire is under investigation. Damages were estimated to be $5,000 to the car and $2,500 to each of the two homes.
