Two people involved in an exposure incident before a Bills game in October have been identified.

On October 16, a video was posted online showing what appeared to be a man drinking alcohol being poured down a female's backside during a tailgate in a private commercial lot.

The incident was investigated by Orchard Park Police, the Buffalo Bills, Erie County Probation Office, and the Erie County District Attorney's Office.

Investigators say the man in the video is 25-year-old Mohamed Dhali from Lackawanna. Police say he is currently on probation and did admit to taking part in this incident.

The female is a 17-year-old from Lakeview.

Dhali is charged with violating his probation.

The Buffalo Bills issued the following statement about the incident:

"We commend our law enforcement partners for taking action against this individual. Though this incident occurred in a parking lot that was not controlled by the Bills organization, it nevertheless was a violation of our Fan Code of Conduct Policy and the type of behavior that is not welcome at our games as we continue to work to make the game day experience the best it can be for all of our fans."
