BUFFALO, N.Y. — Pegula Sports & Entertainment says the HarborCenter will go by a different name.
Partnering with Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, the Sabres training complex will become the LECOM Harborcenter on September 23rd; as part of a multi-million dollar deal.
In a statement, Pegula Sports & Entertainment President and CEO Kim Pegula said, "we have a mission to build long-term success and strive for excellence in all of our businesses...LECOM exemplifies excellence as both an industry and community leader, significantly advancing opportunities for aspiring medical students over the last 25 years. We are proud to extend our partnership and create many new opportunities at LECOM Harborcenter.”
LECOM will also be a "Gold Ring Partner" of the Buffalo Sabres as the franchise's official naming rights partner.
