Williamsville native Justin Bailey is about to live his dream.

He is set to suit up for the Sabres and make his NHL debut on Thursday when Buffalo visits the Philadelphia Flyers. Bailey was called up to the Sabres Wednesday from the AHL's Rochester Americans.

The 20-year-old has ten goals on the season for the Amerks, which is good for second on the team. He's fourth in points with 23. He's scored five goals and six assists in the past eight games.

Bailey was selected by the Sabres in the second round, 52nd overall, in the 2013 draft.

The Sabres are down healthy forwards with Johan Larsson and Zemgus Girgensons missing Tuesday's loss to Florida. Tyler Ennis is also out.

Bailey is the son of former Bills linebacker Carlton Bailey.
