This time is a great financial struggle for so many. People are finding it hard to put food on the table.
During a typical month FeedMore WNY supports more than 100,000 people. With the COVID-19 crisis the need for food is skyrocketing. A lot of people are turning to their services more than ever before. Their warehouses have distributed more than 1.5 million pounds of food just in the past month alone and that is more than a 40% increase compared to what they usually do this time of year. The donated food is almost completely exhausted, so they really do need the community right now to supply them with non-perishable food donations.
