Fitness Friday – HIIT workout

Today, Robbie Raugh, RN, nutritionist, wellness expert is demonstrating a HIIT or high intensity interval training. The workout she is demonstrating is a circuit so everyone is doing something different. After a set amount of time, you rotate to the next station. By changing the exercises up you are changing the muscles you are working and it keeps it interesting. Robbie says this is just one combination that they are doing.
