All month-long Robbie Raugh is talking about brain power. Children are back in school and Robbie wants us to know that healthy fats are so important for us and our kids. So, if you cut out fat from your diet or you drastically cut fat or take it out completely it could be detrimental not only to your body but also to your brain.
Carbohydrates are so important to your though process and to our body. She says that total carbohydrates for the day below 160 is associated with mood disorders including depression. Robbie says make sure you are taking in these fats and carbs that fuel and feed our body and brain, not just for you but also for our kids.
