Mel Camp is at Inspire Dental Group and they are open for business. All three of their locations are open say Jeanne Skibitsky, office manager of the Buffalo office. They are taking appointments for all of their patients.
Jeanne Skibitsky says they are following all the guidelines from the CDC, ADA and OSHA. They want to make sure it is the safest environment for you and the staff at Inspire Dental Group. They are asking patients to be COVID screened before coming in the morning, patients are filling out a questionnaire and their temperature is taken before they come in. The office has hand sanitizer all over the office and they are enforcing hand washing and hand sanitizing is located all throughout the office. All the staff is wearing their PPE necessary at the highest level that the CDC is recommending, and all their staff is taking the necessary protocols.
The staff is routinely cleaning throughout the day; every chair, operatory, every surface and on top of that after every patient comes into the office they are using an antiviral mister that actually sprays a substance into the air that sanitizes all of their surfaces and it may sanitize any aerosols that are in the air.
Patients must wear a mask to the office and text them when they arrive so they can decrease the patient traffic in the waiting room. They have a doorbell system outside for everyone’s safety. Inspire Dental Group also has many forms of contactless systems they are using with their front desk and back desk. They have Apple Pay, touchless pay and they also have a text platform they use that you can use to send a secured payment.
