Robbie says we have to get up and exercise. Whatever gets you up off the couch and moving. For some of you it may be your dog. So, use walking your dog as a way to get some exercise. The important thing is that we keep busy. We keep our body moving. If you forget to exercise your dog will certainly help you remember that. It will also lift your mood and it also helps you be more social. Social distancing is important to prevent COVID, but we are social beings, so we need to continue to be social and walking your dog is a way to do it and still have social distancing.
