Mel Camp visits Black Monarchy store on Utica. She was there two months ago when everything was closed because to the pandemic. Phylicia Dove’s store was closed too but she was still there making masks. Combining her re-opening with the Juneteenth celebration made the day even more special for everyone who stopped by.
