Robbie Raugh says fat contains toxins which are bad for your body and bad for your brain. Toxins are stored in fat and the research shows that you double you risk of Alzheimer’s with obesity and also it decreases your brain tissue. Robbie says she wants to make sure we realize it is not so much about the scale. It’s about your body fat percent. Make sure you are taking your body fat and it is in the right range for you because you can be skinny/fat as well. Robbie says we want to eat fat in our body because that important for our brain and body too but eat healthier fats like avocados, nuts, and things like that and remember whatever is healthy for your brain is also healthy for your heart and visa versa. So healthy fats are important, but you need to look at portions.
