It’s almost the holidays and you might be thinking I don’t know if I want to go to The Ideal You Weight Loss Center now with the holidays coming up and eating patterns changing but this might be the perfect time in 2020 to become Ideal.

Donna Herberger, owner, says there is always a silver lining to joining now and the silver lining for our 2020 pandemic, is unfortunately there aren’t going to be as many holiday parties so people aren’t going to be going out for happy hours as much, and there aren’t going to be any large crowds and gatherings so there won’t be as many temptations. It will be a lot easier to stay on track now through the first of the year and beyond. Why not take this time, when we are spending more time at home and preparing the right foods.

Donna says on their program you can’t drink alcohol when you are on the weight loss phase. They are a keto based diet and actually if you are on any keto diet do not drink alcohol because you can pass out without warning so there won’t be that added temptation with the gatherings and the alcohol.

When people start the program or at any time on the program, clean out your pantry, bring the rice, the can goods you can’t eat, the unopened boxes of cereal, crackers or any high carb item and they will weigh it and you will receive twenty-five cents per pound toward their food . They will give the food you brought in to FeedMore WNY.

The Ideal You Weight Loss Center has adjusted their in-person open houses. People can take client meetings through Zoom and there are a lot of opportunities for people to do this in various ways.
