Mercy Flight has grown to more than one aircraft and more than one base. Every dollar that comes in through their fundraisers goes directly toward their mission of saving lives. They average the transport of about 1400 patients per year. To optimize a patient’s level of survival, the amount of time they are out of ICU must be limited. To help decrease this amount of time, Mercy Flight can also transfer patients from facility to facility.
Mercy Flight has a big fundraising bash coming up on June 7th at Riverworks. The unforgettable night will include food and drink packages, live entertainment by Nerds Gone Wild and DJ Dovey, a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, the chance to win a cruise for two, and a spectacular fireworks show.
