Water is so important not only for our body but also for our brain. Did you know our body is 70% water and our brain is 80% water? When we are dehydrated it not only affects our metabolism; it affects our body functions and it affects our brain. As little as two percent dehydration, can cause people to feel confused, have slower thought process, not as clear, not as focused so you want stay hydrated, and caffeine will dehydrate you as well. Robbie say’s there are a couple of things you need to know. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day minimum out of a glass or stainless steel bottle. Also don’t drink your calories. Robbies says if you take in 200 calories via a drink per day that could put on 23 pounds of fat over a year.
