Using a ball to exercise and work your abs

Robbie Raugh says it’s so important to work your abs so that you protect your back when you’re moving around and when you’re exercising. A great way to work your abs is to simply sit on an exercise ball.

Perhaps you’re working at home or at work and you don’t want to use a chair. You can use a ball instead and you’re engaging your abdominals the entire time you are sitting on the ball because it is a very unstable force.

Robbie Raugh says she likes to work her abs on the ball and simple exercises will allow you to do that. She shows us some exercises you can do on the exercise ball.
