William Mattar Law Offices Go Pink

and last updated

Megan Lederhouse, outreach coordinator from the law offices of William Mattar says they are set to go pink for the month of October to support breast cancer awareness. They will be supporting the American Cancer Society with their Making Strides event across New York State. The Making Strides event in Buffalo will take place a little differently this year. It is going to take place on Saturday, October 17th at the Walden Galleria Mall. This is a drive through event. What’s really cool this is you can come deck your car out in pink and drive through to support them. The American Cancer Society expects funding to drop approximately 50% this year due to the pandemic, which is why it is even more important than ever to help with their funding to support research. Go to William Mattar's website and go to their Go Pink page to see how you can support them this year.

October is also Fire Safety Month and William Mattar Law Offices are giving free smoke detector certificates with their good friends at Ed Young’s True Value Hardware in Williamsville. You can go to the William Mattar website and click on the fire safety page, fill in some quick information and they will email you your certificate. Once you receive that all you do is print the certificate out and bring it with you to Ed Young’s True Value Hardware to redeem your free smoke detector.

Along with that William Mattar Law Offices wants to remind everybody how important it is to support your local volunteer fire department through donations or by volunteering.
