School is scheduled to open next month. Megan Lederhouse, outreach coordinator from the law offices of William Mattar tells us about a great program for teachers. With the uncertainty of the school year, William matter Law Offices wants to make sure supplies are one thing that is not on that list of concerns for students, teachers and educators. Megan says that’s why their biggest community event is back.

The William Mattar Pencils for School Program will take place Saturday, August 15th. It will be their first socially distant drive through event and it will take place from 10am until 12:00pm at William Mattar’s Williamsville location. Teachers can register for this event on their website. After registering you will receive an invitation email which will be your entry ticket. Spots are first come, first serve due to limited supplies. You must register and receive your invitation.

They will have social distancing requirements in effect during the entire event. They want to make sure it is safe for everybody and they ask that teachers wear a mask and remain in your car. Teachers, the William Mattar Law Offices are working on a little surprise for you as well so make sure you register and reserve your spot now for this event.

To date, the William Mattar Law Offices has donated almost two million pencils. They may have to do things a little differently this year, but they want to make sure they get pencils to the people who need them.
