Fitness expert Robbie Raugh is back with The Raugh Truth and tells us you are what you think. This entire month Robbie has been talking about vitality and longevity. She is with her good friend Ann Marie who is 63 years old. Ann Marie has been working out with Robbie for many years but it isn’t too late for you to start.

Robbie says, do you know when you think negative thoughts a chemical reaction in your body that takes place that makes you feel worse than you did before. Automatic negative thoughts called ANTS affect both our body and our brain and the opposite is true so when you start thinking positive thoughts; you not only help your body, but it helps your brain. She says we can actually make a choice to help our brain and our body by our thoughts an of course exercise boots your mood. Her friend Ann Marie demonstrates a tricep extension and Robbie says it is important to lift weights because we start to lose muscle at age 35. You can also use bands or your own body weight.
