Servotronics is a company that builds the parts to planes that allow people to breathe while in flight, among other parts. The company is hosting an open interview opportunity at 1110 Maple Rd in Elma, N.Y. Those interested can bring their resumes and be interviewed on the spot. Jobs include test technicians, assemblers, inspectors and more. There's about 60 positions total.

No experience in the technical or mechanical field is required. Supervisors said all new hires are trained for about 2 to 4 months until they are comfortable in their new role. There is also room to move up in the company.

Servotronics offers competitive pay, health care, a 401k with employer contribution and life insurance. The company also has a school incentive program where it assists in tuition if an employee wants to go to school for a degree that deals with the company. There is also transportation to Servotronics for some of the positions.
