In a partnership with State Senator Chris Jacobs, Roswell is holding a job fair Saturday, March 9th to address the vacancies.
Saturday's job fair will focus on RN's and other positions associated with clinical care. But, there's certainly other opportunities at Roswell. “Roswell Park is almost like a mini city, we say. So, you have all those support positions that have to be here to keep us running,” said Talent Acquisition Director, Corrine Latini.
Careers range from clinical to research to administrative, and cover everything from public safety to pathology to pediatrics.
Roughly 50 of the 185 available positions are entry level. Pay for those jobs start between $12 and $15 an hour depending on the area and the role. Some require only a high school diploma and no prior experience.
“Even those that may not have a health or research background certainly can come into Roswell Park in those entry level positions, gain experience, and rise from there,” Latini explained.
