Imagine starting a career, with little to no experience, and a starting salary of $50,000 including medical benefits.
"Out of all the places I’ve worked for, in the collections industry, this is the best place I’ve worked for," Tina Bull, a contact specialist at Reliant Capital Solutions, said.
She helps people solve their financial debt issues over the phone. She has been at Reliant Capital Solutions for three years and says she would have started sooner if she could have.
"If this was here 19 years ago, I would have just started here."

The day-to-day responsibilities primarily consist of answering and making calls to people to help them solve their financial issues.
The majority of positions are entry level, but Kuzdzal said there are some managerial and human resource opportunities open too.
While you don't necessarily need experience, Kuzdzal said previous customer service experience is a plus.
"They have to be able to deal with all different types of people as you said people who are sometimes upset when they speak with us."
