Nearly 20 workers at Rich products are starting the new year off looking for new jobs.
According to Rich's, the company announced it's laying off people 37 people worldwide in marketing... sales... and operations, 19 positions are here in Buffalo.
The layoffs come as part of "rich's plan" to reorganize its global operations.
On the flip side, 30 people have been promoted to leadership positions within the company.
The company has also announced that it has 245 open jobs across the US, including 60 open jobs at its World Headquarters offices in Buffalo.
