It's a tease - the Bocce Club Pizza sign sporting "Coming Soon" in giant red letters next to the Starbucks in downtown Buffalo. But, the wait is almost over. The pizza joint is set to open its third location to the corner of West Chippewa Street and Delaware Avenue.
Owner Jim Pacciotti said the location will be open for the Super Bowl, but if that's not possible, it will be open by the beginning of February. Pacciotti said acquiring permits from the City of Buffalo has delayed the opening. The location was originally set to open in October.

As the finishing touches come together, there's one more box to check. Bocce Club Pizza needs 25-30 employees. They're hiring for all positions: delivery drivers, dough stretchers, bakers and more to fill their downtown location.
