GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. (WKBW) — Did you think that Grand Island would be the place where you can lounge on a tropical beach and sip on a wholesome tropical smoothie with a hearty burger on the side?

Soma Cura Wellness Center provides whole-body wellness all under one roof. You can feed your body with nutrient-packed, fresh-pressed juices, smoothies, hearty vegan black bean burgers and oatmeal after relaxing with a massage and an energizing yoga session.

"You go to a superstore to get oranges, deodorant and get your tires changed, we do the same thing here! It's all under one roof," says owner Sue Zinter. Zinter and her husband Matthew Green run the center together, with the goal of creating a space where you breathe a sigh of relief and relax upon walking through the doors.

It's a great one-stop for your New Year's resolutions to eat better, feel better and relax.

There's a salt beach room with the sounds and sights of a beach and a halogenerator machine. People with asthma, allergies and other respiratory problems can find some relief breathing in some of the salt particles. You can take yoga classes, from beginner to senior to advanced. Try a massage or a couples massage to relax and feel better!

Inside is also the Alz Rootz Cafe, serving good and good for you food. You don't have to be vegan or vegetarian to enjoy the meals and snacks, it's a great way to incorporate more veggies and nutrients into your diet!
